Canva + Figma Integration:Embed Setup Guide
Overview
Our integration app seamlessly embeds your Canva and Figma designs right into your monday.com board view. This powerful setup provides you with all the instructions you need, and you can also opt to watch the accompanying video to save time—choose the method that best fits your workflow.
Step 1: Prepare Your Canva and Figma Designs
For Canva Designs -

Log In & Open Your Design:
Sign in to your Canva account and open the design you wish to embed. -
Access the Embed Feature:

Click the Share button at the top-right corner.

Select Embed (or click “See all/More” and then choose Embed).​
3. Copy the Embed URL:

Copy the provided Smart Embed Link.

Don't worry - you're not making anything public.
Step 2: Set Up Your monday.com Board View

Access Your Board:

Log in to your monday.com account and navigate to your boards.

Add the app to your boards (check reference image below)
3. ​Once the app has loaded in a new board view, enter the copied Canva/Figma URL in the URL box (If you don't see the URL box, click on the settings icon (looks like a gear) to the top right).
4. After you paste your URL into the text box, your design will automatically appear.
5. Directly below, you'll find two fields for adjusting the visible height and width of your design. By default, both fields are set to 100 — the maximum value. Adjust these numbers as needed, and be sure to enter only numeric values (0 - 100 are valid).
For Figma Designs -

Log In & Open Your Design:
Sign in to your Figma account and open the design you wish to embed. -
Generate the Embed Link:

Click the Share button link in Figma.

Choose the Get Embed Code option.​
